ANZSNR Secretary General Appointment

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Jennifer Gillespie to the position of Secretary General, commencing 1 July 2025.

Dr Gillespie currently serves on the ANZSNR Council as the representative for Head and Neck and has been a long-standing contributor to the development of the Head and Neck program at our Annual Scientific Meetings over the years.

We thank Dr Gillespie for her ongoing dedication to the Society and look forward to her continued leadership in this new role.

ANZSNR Announces New President Effective 1 July 2025

The Australian and New Zealand Society of Neuroradiology (ANZSNR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Hal Rice as the new President of the Society, effective 1 July 2025.

Dr Rice brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and commitment to advancing the field of neuroradiology across Australia and New Zealand. We look forward to his vision and continued contributions in guiding the Society and supporting our members.

ANZSNR ASM 2025- Oral Research Winner

Congratulations to Dr Pranathi Settipalli, Research Senior House Officer from the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, for winning the 2025 ASM Oral Research award.

Her abstract titled: Medium and Long-term Efficacy of Derivo vs Pipeline Shield for Unruptured Intracranial Aneurysms: A Tertiary Single Centre Experience was awarded at the ASM Farewell Dinner.
