The International Subarachnoid Haemorrhage Conference (ISAH) is the only global scientific meeting dedicated specifically to aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage. For over three decades, ISAH has provided a focused forum for multidisciplinary discussion spanning acute SAH management, neurocritical care, recovery, and long-term outcomes.
The 2026 meeting will be the first time ISAH has been hosted in Australia. The theme of the meeting is “Where consensus, controversies, and future trials are shaped” with a future-focused scientific program addressing emerging evidence, unresolved clinical questions, and next-generation technologies in aneurysm and SAH care.
ISAH 2026 will, for the first time, include a formal focus on unruptured intracranial aneurysms and will be structured around parallel specialty tracks in neurointervention, cerebrovascular neurosurgery, and neurocritical care, alongside joint plenary sessions to support multidisciplinary collaboration.
