MBS Review Taskforce Reports
The Taskforce’s final advice to the Australian Government, including its recommendations, is now available on the Department of Health website, with the publication of a number of remaining reports today.

ANZSNR has been invited to provide expert advice on the MBS structure for digital subtraction angiography (DSA) items, to shape the future of the DSA items and their implementation. A submission will be provided by ANZSNR to the MBS Reviews by 01 February 2021 and further advice to members will be provided following this.

A Road Map for Advancing Interventional Radiology and Interventional Neuroradiology in Australia and New Zealand
In March 2019, the Interventional Radiology Committee released a white paper on Interventional Radiology for consultation to College members and other key stakeholders. The document was developed with the purpose of informing the College membership and stakeholder groups of the current and long-term positioning of IR and INR in Australia and New Zealand. It outlines the ever growing and evolving areas of specialty practice of IR and the increasing role for the College to ensure members performing IR and INR procedures are trained and supported to do so safely and are delivered to a high standard.

Free access to 2019 ASM content online
ANZSNR releases 2019 video content to open access.
In view of the Covid-19 situation ANZSNR has released some of its extensive video content from previous annual scientific meetings to open access. For now all visitors to the site may access the lectures from the 2019 ASM held in Adelaide, SA by either clicking on the image or navigation bar (2019 Access) and following the brief instructions. Tell your friends!
All paid up members of ANZSNR are able to access video content from 2015 onwards. The 2020 ASM content from the recent Brisbane meeting is not yet available.
