About the ANZSNR

The Australian and New Zealand Society of Neuroradiology is a specialty society developed for all radiologists and other clinicians with an interest in Neuroradiology, Interventional Neuroradiology or Head and Neck radiology.

Members are entitled to a reduced registration rate for the ANZSNR ASM, gain access to video content from previous ASM’s and receive the ANZSNR President’s newsletter.  ANZSNR advises other bodies on matters relating to the practice of neuroradiology and head and neck radiology in Australia and New Zealand. For a full list of members benefits, please visit the Members Benefit section of the website.

ANZSNR is Incorporated in the State of New South Wales. The Society is managed by the ANZSNR Council, consisting of the Executive (President, Immediate Past President and the Secretary General) plus representatives from each state/territory and New Zealand. ANZSNR includes a Head and Neck representative and a Paediatric neuroradiology representative.

The Society hosts a Scientific Meeting each year, with additional affiliated meetings from time to time.

EDUCATION Promote and guide the highest standards of education and research in the fields of diagnostic neuroradiology, interventional neuroradiology and head and neck imaging. 

ADVOCACY Advocate and promote neuroradiology and head and neck imaging, and provide support for Society members.

COLLABORATION Provide a forum for inclusive collaboration nationally and internationally.

Raise awareness of the benefits of diagnostic neuroradiology, interventional neuroradiology and head and neck imaging to colleagues and the community, including patients and health care providers.
